I am taking some inspiration from this video in a variety of ways.


  • Female protagonist who maintains direct address with the audience
  • Multiple locations with a significant change at the end
  • Representation of women - feminine clothes and makeup

    hi there Elle, I have just come back from my holidays, the textual analysis is OK but there is a need for more work.. you have the main elements of theory, and the micro-elements.. Areas to improve are to restructure the prezi you have a lot of text and where you are discussing e.g. wardrobe you need to link it to a visual i.e. girls in dressing gowns. Theory I could be wrong but consider aspects of self empowered women which link to e.g. Lady Gagas video Million reasons where there is fraternity of sisters who are supportive and how the artist and friends are determined not to give in to their male partners who have wronged them. discuss how these representations are increasingly important in the present age.
